ARV Stands for Alien Reproduction Vehicle. Military reproduction of their UFO using Free energy technology from crashed grey technologies and or exchanged technologies given to them by the Zetas.

Note: They are no where as advanced or as close to Galactic Federation of Light ships. You could say these are mechanical in structure and less advanced by far.

They use these to fool the public with their alien abductions scenario which are orchestrated by only two groups, and have been the cause with this abduction scare in UFO community, first being the Greys, which they not now. and second of all the Military with their ARVs using fake Programmed Life Form (PLFs)

In 1998, we set out to “privatize” the disclosure process by raising the funds to videotape, edit, and organize over 100 military and government witnesses to UFO events and projects. We had estimated that between $2 million and $4 million would be needed to do this on a worldwide basis. By August of 2000 only about 5% of this amount had been raised but we decided to proceed since further delay was deemed imprudent given the serious issues involved here. So beginning in August we began creating the Witness Archive Project and we set about the task of traveling all over the world to interview these witnesses in broadcast quality digital video format. Due to the severe limitation of funds, this effort was predominantly prepared by myself and a few other volunteers roughly from August 2000 through December 2000.

Beginning in late December 2000, I began editing over 120 hours of raw digital video testimony at home. I should note that I am a medical doctor and not an editor. Nevertheless, from late December 2000 until late February 2001 the 120 hours were reduced first to 33 hours of select testimony and then 18 hours of super-select testimony. The 33 hours of select testimony were dubbed to audiotape and transcribed resulting in approximately 1200 pages of testimony transcripts…” (available on http://www.disclosureproject.org)

An interesting thread over there on Avalon, with inputs from Bill Ryan too. I find it a little strange that the alternative media has full open access to one of Greer’s witnesses yet do not make use of that, strange. Don’t they want an insiders view or opinions? Obviously not. I do not buy his Dead Mans Trigger stuff……his witnesses are far more at risk than he ever will be. Let the Disclosure Circus continue, I’m watching and waiting…..

Time for Dr Greer to come clean?

Seems Dr Steven Greer is in the middle of a firestorm. The Disclosure movement is running round in circles like a headless chicken as there is no clear decisive leadership with straight goals for full open Disclosure. Sure we recently had Stephen Bassett with the Citizens Hearing but the non availability of full free access to the material presented over a few days means its virtually useless.Not sure about the other, alleged, 550 Witnesses in Greer’s project but I for one am pissed off with having to go it alone for so long. Taking the heat, abuse, attacks, ridicule whilst he stands and grins on stage! If he carries on like this he will lose all credibility and that will reflect on his witnesses. I have my personal agenda against Greer as you know. The BIG question of verification and validation concerning the PLFs. Its about time Greer opened the books and let the World see who exactly are the mysterious witnesses he claims he has regarding PLFs. Me?, well I’m the only one in the public domain but Greer CSETI and Disclosure Project stabbed me in the back. Time for Greer to be fully accountable in several issues right?
